Acupressure
Acupressure is an ancient and alternative medicine used for treating patient against pain, infertility, preventing disease, promoting general health etc. It's an ancient Chinese technique used as a basis for acupuncture. Acupressure is an art of treatment requires fingers or something blunt to press on the key points of the body. In this treatment, specific points of body are pressed which circulate blood and release pain to relief body.

- Place your thumb to the end of each of the eyebrows and then move it 1/2 inch back of the head.
- Apply average pressure (not too hard and not too light) on the point.
- At the same time, keep massaging both temples in counterclockwise motion lightly.

Back Pain: It is common now a day among working persons.
- Stand straight and locate the points.
- Place your thumb back between the second and third lumbar vertebrae in your lower back.
- You can get this point at the waist level i.e. three finger away from the spine.

Acidity: One can suffer from acidity due to spicy food or worries and tension. So below is a simple way to get relief from acidity.
