Acupressure

Acupressure is an ancient and alternative medicine used for treating patient against pain, infertility, preventing disease, promoting general health etc. It's an ancient Chinese technique used as a basis for acupuncture. Acupressure is an art of treatment requires fingers or something blunt to press on the key points of the body. Acidity: One can suffer from acidity due to spicy food or worries and tension. So below is a simple way to get relief from acidity.

  • Press the point found in the web between thumb and index finger.
